HiTHIUM Energy Storage Technology BD Ltd. is committed to providing the highest quality products and services to our customers. However, to ensure smooth, timely, and consistent service delivery, certain rules, conditions, and procedures must be followed. We kindly request all valued customers to read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing any HiTHIUM product.

1. General Policy


The warranty, return, and service policies are based on the manufacturer’s official terms and conditions.

HiTHIUM Bangladesh acts as an authorized distributor and service facilitator, implementing warranty and after-sales services as per the brand’s official policy.

All products must be purchased from HiTHIUM-authorized dealers, resellers, or the official HiTHIUM Bangladesh sales channels to be eligible for service.

2. Warranty Policy


Warranty applies only to products where the manufacturer has officially declared a warranty period.

  • The warranty is provided by the original manufacturer. HiTHIUM Bangladesh facilitates the process between the customer and the manufacturer.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover physical damage, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
  • The warranty period varies depending on the product type:
  1. Energy Storage Batteries – Typically 3 to 5 years (as per model specification)
  2. Hybrid/Off-Grid Inverters – Typically 2 to 5 years
  3. Accessories (Cables, Connectors, BMS modules, etc.) – May have a shorter or no warranty period.
  • Certain parts such as fuses, external wiring, and consumables are not covered under warranty.
  • For “lifetime warranty” products, the term refers to the product’s commercial availability in the market. Once the model is discontinued or marked as EOL (End of Life), the lifetime warranty ends. As per industry practice, lifetime warranty service is limited to a maximum of 2 years after discontinuation.

3. Replacement & Repair


If a product develops a manufacturing defect during the warranty period:

  • HiTHIUM will attempt to repair the unit first.
  • If repair is not possible, the unit may be replaced with the same model or an equivalent product of similar value.
  • If neither is possible, depreciation will be applied, and a higher model may be offered with price adjustment.

Repair or replacement time can vary from 7 days to 40+ days depending on parts availability and import timelines.

4. Return & Refund

  • Returns are only accepted for products with manufacturing defects identified within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, without scratches or marks, and returned with the original packaging, accessories, and invoice.
  • If the product is found defective after initial use, the warranty process will apply — not direct return.
  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 3 to 10 working days; online payment refunds may take longer.
  • Any cashback received at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refund charges apply for Mobile Financial Service, Online Gateway, or POS payment refunds.

5. Conditions Where Warranty

Will Not Apply
Warranty will be void in the following cases:

  • Physical damage (cracks, dents, burns, deep scratches)
  • Water or moisture damage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Removal or damage of serial number/warranty labels
  • Damage caused by overloading, incorrect installation, or incompatible equipment
  • Corrosion, fungus, or rust on battery terminals or connectors
  • Misuse, negligence, or improper storage
  • For inverters: damage due to wrong wiring, reverse polarity, or unstable power supply
  • For batteries: use beyond recommended charge/discharge cycles or in extreme temperatures beyond manufacturer limits

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Keep the original purchase invoice and warranty documents; these must be presented for any warranty or service claim.
  • Ensure that installation and operation are performed by authorized personnel following the manufacturer’s guidelines.
  • Back up any stored data (if applicable) before giving the product for service. HiTHIUM is not responsible for data loss during repair or replacement.
  • Verify product authenticity before purchase to avoid counterfeit or unauthorized items.

7. Order Cancellation


HiTHIUM Bangladesh reserves the right to cancel orders if:

  • There is a pricing error due to technical or typographical mistakes
  • The ordered product is unavailable
  • Fraudulent purchase activity is suspected

Customers will be notified in such cases, and any payment received will be refunded as per our refund policy.

8. Limitation of Liability


HiTHIUM is not liable for:

  • Loss of profit, loss of data, or any indirect damages caused by product failure
  • Damages caused by third-party accessories or improper use
  • Delays caused by customs clearance or international shipping issues
